Installing it
- Open this page on the phone and tap Download for Android.
- Open the downloaded file. Android will ask whether to allow installing from this source — allow it.
- If a Ministry build is already installed, this replaces it. Records already on the phone are kept.
- Sign in with the account the Ministry issued you.
The app works with no signal. Records are saved on the phone as they are entered and upload by themselves when a connection returns.
